These are lovely Ronnell. Your colors are very dramatic-- also, I absolutely adore your paintings of the birdhouses and the farmers market! One can never eat enough fresh fruits and veggies! Here's a question for you.... what are blocks? you say you prefer them to moleskins... I know the moleskins are little sketchbooks right? but I'm not familiar with what a "block" is.
All your posts lately have been simply beautiful - I'm really enjoying seeing your trip - but these last two are especially lovely. The way you've captured the light in that bottom one is outstanding.
really like your style, loose and vibrant, you make the buildings seem organic, the energy in your painting suggests that if you didn't capture them immediately they might get up and walk away!! I love it.

Great job on these! I especially like the one of the church!
These are really lovely, Ronell! They just glow with light.

Leave it to you to come with such a unique view! Beautiful colors too.

I love it.
Both are beautiful! Are you developing a preference, for HP vs. CP?
I love the church one particularly - the railings, the tree and vines, the windows and the shading beneath the roof. Really nice painting.
Really beautiful. I especially love the church.
